Return & Refund Policy
At AE Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order or need to request a return, please review the policy below.
Because our products may be fulfilled by different suppliers and fulfillment partners, return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the product and its fulfillment requirements. Any product-specific return restrictions stated on the product page will also apply.
1. Return Window
For products that are eligible for non-defective returns, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted after the applicable return period may no longer be eligible for a return or refund.
Please note: Some products, including print-on-demand, made-to-order, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, and final-sale items, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached, where applicable.
- Be returned in its original packaging, where applicable, including clear SKU labels or polybags.
- Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of use.
- Meet any additional return requirements applicable to the specific product or fulfillment supplier.
All returns are subject to review and approval before the item is sent back.
3. Products That Are Not Eligible for Non-Defective Returns
The following products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Intimates, underwear, and shapewear
- Swimwear and bodysuits
- Jewelry and certain accessories
- Beauty and personal care products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Print-on-demand or made-to-order products
- Personalized or customized products
- Any product specifically identified as non-returnable or final sale on its product page
For products fulfilled through print-on-demand services, returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind may not be available.
4. Exchanges
AE Apparel does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or style and the original item is eligible for a return, you may request a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that some products, including print-on-demand and certain supplier-restricted products, may not be eligible for return due to size, color, or change-of-mind requests.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the original packaging, when applicable
Do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as they may be required for verification.
Once the issue has been verified, AE Apparel may provide a replacement, reprint, refund, or other appropriate resolution, depending on the product, supplier requirements, availability, and circumstances of the issue.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side or our fulfillment partner's side, AE Apparel will cover the applicable return shipping costs when a return is required.
In some cases, a return may not be required and a replacement or refund may be issued instead.
Change of Mind, Size, Fit, or Other Customer-Requested Returns
For eligible non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated by AE Apparel.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Some products may not be eligible for these types of returns due to supplier or product restrictions.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email our support team at:

Please include:
- Your Order Number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos, if applicable
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and, if approved, provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send any item back to the manufacturer, supplier, or address shown on the original shipping package without receiving return authorization from AE Apparel.
Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.
8. Refund Processing
Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected by the applicable return facility, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
9. Supplier-Specific Return Restrictions
Because AE Apparel works with multiple fulfillment and dropshipping suppliers, certain products may have specific return, refund, or defect requirements.
Where applicable, the return conditions stated on the product page or applicable supplier requirements will apply to that product.
We will always make reasonable efforts to assist customers with eligible return, refund, replacement, or defect claims.
10. Order Issues and Unauthorized Returns
Customers should contact AE Apparel before sending any product back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped, or the order may be handled according to the applicable fulfillment partner's policy.
